We specialize in the repair of critical components such as spindles and slide units, delivering Japanese-standard workmanship from precision scraping to parts replacement.

Equipment Design & Manufacturing / Automation and Labor Saving

We provide end-to-end solutions for material handling, automation, and process improvement around production equipment, from concept and design to manufacturing. We propose optimal equipment tailored to customer requirements and also design and manufacture various special-purpose machines, such as deburring machines, inspection systems, and assembly equipment.

Jig and inspection jig

High-precision manufacturing requires highly accurate jigs and inspection jigs. We provide end-to-end services for the design and manufacturing of precision jigs and inspection jigs. In addition to local production in Thailand, we also support procurement from Japan, delivering optimal jigs tailored to application requirements and accuracy levels.

Spindle Repair

Issues such as reduced machining accuracy, vibration, and abnormal noise are often caused by problems with the spindle head or spindle unit. We accurately diagnose conditions such as bearing deterioration and shaft wear, and after repair, we conduct temperature and vibration checks using a test-running system to ensure reliable performance.

Slide unit repair and Turcite replacement

We specialize in the repair of sliding components, including slide grinding, Turcite replacement, and precision scraping (Kisage). These processes restore machining accuracy and stability by correcting wear and loss of precision caused by long-term operation. Slide repair is one of the most critical processes in equipment overhaul services.

Rotation Unit (Milling Unit) Repair

Rotating units with complex structures can only be serviced by a limited number of providers, and overseas they are often discarded rather than repaired. As one of the few companies in Thailand capable of handling these repairs, we provide repair and modification services that help reduce costs compared to new equipment purchases.

Terada Pump Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has been manufacturing a wide variety of pumps for over 70 years, offering a wide range of products, including agricultural and industrial land pumps, submersible pumps, and engine pumps. AMA is a licensed sales and repair service provider in Thailand, providing reliable support.

Equipment Overhaul and Repair

We perform overhaul and repair services on aging equipment to enable long-term use. Our services cover various machine tools such as machining centers, lathes, and grinding machines, regardless of manufacturer or model year. Our overhaul services include slideway refurbishment, inspection and adjustment of mechanical components, as well as retrofit work such as cover fabrication and repainting.
